Shifting Inner Life

My internal world has shifted a great deal, and while the external appears the same, this shifting is just the beginning of what I can feel into as the next phase of my life. The body sensed it long before words arrived — a quiet dismantling of old patterns of belonging and over-adaptation. What returned in their place was not certainty, but clarity. Not fantasy, but steadiness. A deeper quality of self-love, and a renewed trust in the intelligence that moves through us when we learn to listen.
