Enrica Ferruzzi is an author, guide, and field-holder whose work centers on embodiment, remembrance, and the integration of multidimensional awareness into lived experience.
Her path has been shaped by a life lived across cultures and disciplines. Raised in Rome and later spending two decades in the international hospitality world, Enrica’s early years cultivated presence, discernment, and a deep sensitivity to human systems. Over time—and through profound life experiences, including personal loss—her orientation shifted inward, opening a sustained inquiry into consciousness, healing, and the nature of embodied wisdom.
From this inquiry emerged Cosmic Ocean Frequencies™: a living field of attunement through which subtle, ancestral, and cosmic intelligences are not transmitted, but held—allowed to reorganize into coherence within the body, nervous system, and awareness.
Rather than drawing from a single lineage or cosmology, this field operates across layers of intelligence that precede naming and extend beyond fixed origins. While some expressions may resonate with ancient traditions or star lineages, the emphasis is not on source, but on presence—on what becomes available when awareness is met with stability, listening, and care.

My Journey
At nineteen, I left Italy and moved to the United States, beginning a life shaped by movement, adaptation, and exploration. Over the following two decades, I built a career in international hospitality—an environment that cultivated presence, responsiveness, and a deep sensitivity to human systems.
Alongside professional success, life brought experiences that altered my orientation from the inside. Personal loss, including the passing of my mother, opened deeper questions about meaning, belonging, and the nature of inner stability. What had once been a background curiosity gradually became a sustained inquiry into consciousness, healing, and the relationship between body, soul, and awareness.
This inquiry led me into years of study and practice within East Asian SunDo, Internal Alchemy, and Taoist energy cultivation—paths that emphasized embodiment, balance, and the refinement of inner coherence. Later, a year-long apprenticeship in Angelic Earth Resonance™ deepened my relationship with the subtle intelligence of the Earth and the wider cosmological field, offering new ways of listening, sensing, and integrating experience.
Over time, these explorations did not move me away from life, but more fully into it. They shaped a way of being where ancient traditions, multidimensional awareness, and lived experience flow together—informing how I meet others, how I hold space, and how I remain in relationship with the unfolding field.
This journey continues to anchor my work today, supporting others not through instruction or direction, but through shared presence—creating conditions where remembrance, coherence, and embodied clarity can arise naturally.
