Shifting Inner Life

On listening, reorganization, and becoming more of ourselves

It’s been a long while since I chose to share my thoughts.

My internal world has shifted a great deal, and while the external appears the same, this shifting is just the beginning of what I can feel into as the best next phase of my life.

Since this past fall, I’ve felt something deep inside. I couldn’t name it, nor did I want to. Over the years, I’ve come to recognize certain signals within, but this period felt very new — and yet, a strange sense of trust played quietly in the background.

What the body and the light-geometries knew long before my conscious mind could see it was the final dismantling of a core pattern: conditional belonging and over-adaptation. When external circumstances eventually revealed what the body’s intelligence had been sensing for months, there was initial shock and disruption. And then something else followed.

The lost pieces of my soul — long imprisoned by survival strategies and self-reliance — returned with a clarity I hadn’t experienced in a very long time. A clarity that felt like freedom. Freedom from frameworks that don’t belong to me, that I do not fit into, and that I now bravely choose to remain outside of, even more than I thought I had already stepped away from.

This freedom does not feel like turquoise elephants and unicorns finally coming to live with me in a magical life of delusional positivity. It feels more like steadiness. Less noise. Clear distinction. A higher quality of self-love, now becoming even more visible and allowed to lead in ways that feel ancient and new simultaneously.

Only now can I begin to put words to this, and even as I do, I know these words offer only a glimpse of the process itself. I’ve always sensed periods of transition and change as living beings — presences with their own intelligence and collaborators. They coordinate a vast array of elements: words spoken, thoughts and emotions moving through, and even the way sunrises, sunsets, and clouds speak the universal language of light that we breathe and interact with each day.

Many of you know — especially those familiar with Beads of Light and the field openers Codex of the Sun and Water Wisdom Currents — that I’ve always been intrigued and moved by symbols, especially those of ancient people across lands. I see life, in all her aspects, as a mythic journey. And more than ever before, I’ll say it plainly: I love to live this way.

I love to contemplate what is in relation to me in any given moment — whether through mundane, everyday tasks or more intentional practices such as journeying, active dreaming, meditation, natural flow qigong, or simply listening.

I’m sharing this because if things felt uncertain, tumultuous, or strangely unsettled beneath the surface for me — and there would need to be an entire encyclopedia of adjectives to name it fully — then perhaps someone else has been moving through something similar.

You might ask, what exactly are you describing?

An old way of being has passed away.

The body knew it before language arrived. Confusion and shock preceded words, momentarily destabilizing even the most grounded person I know — myself. And beneath all of that, the waves. The beloved, intimate waves I recognize so well. The ones that carry the true soul-name vibration. The purest song. The truest frequency that is our essence.

Those waves — rising from the deepest depths — arrived without scripts, without asking permission, without checking whether it was safe or allowed. And the question emerged: is it possible to simply be the deepest soul song in her free openness and vastness?

Of course it is.

And it is always happening.

Clarity and freedom, as companions in this phase of conscious reckoning, bring a gift. The realization that those waves are always here. Always us. In true form. In true tone.

Layer after layer, the small mind catches a glimpse of light through a narrow opening and declares itself satisfied: I got it. I healed that wound. I learned the lesson.

Until the next layer asks for presence. For self-love. For self-acceptance. For the courage to pursue what is genuinely resonant.

I often remind others of the importance of self-care and of taking responsibility for the inner worlds — not as an obligation, but as an act of reverence toward our journey and generosity toward ourselves.

The keys to exploring inner landscapes are to cultivate stillness, quiet, neutrality, and presence. And most importantly, to witness the intricate beauty already aligned for us — revealing more of who we are, with fewer restrictions and distortions.

These inner happenings call us back into a way of being that is more ourselves. For me, this means rediscovering day by day what that is. The undercurrent sings the question what is more of myself? — and everything around that song shows me how to live into that freedom.

Without doubt, the body’s tuning instrument — the nervous system — and all its intelligent collaborators signal to us constantly in the language of the universe.

This is why I struggle with the word embodiment.

When we speak of the cosmic mind ‘running through’ the body and call that embodiment, separation is implied. The word suggests containers, compartments, a here and a there. Although it points to something real, it still assumes a split.

What I sense instead is coordination. The deep waves are always present, always communicating. When the body and energy fields are understood as transfer devices and operating systems of transformation, it becomes clear that all of us are tones of the cosmic mind — uninterrupted in her conscious movements through us and throughout the All.

We can take steps to reorganize our patterns so we can be more of ourselves, more of our true nature, expressed through this living bridge of body and energy fields.

Often, patterns reorganize without any participation from the head-brain at all. At other times, resistance appears — usually when we assume the head-brain is in charge and neglect to dissolve older frameworks of restriction and categorization.

When a glimpse of this becomes visible, we course-correct. We recognize what feels like the way, guided by an inner knowing beyond linearity.

There is nothing to fix.

There are no mistakes.

There is nothing to change.

Change occurs when light patterns reorganize into geometries that resonate with the soul song.

So perhaps the most important work is not embodiment at all, but the recognition of an organized field of intelligence — a field that is also us. And re-learning how that recognition speaks through us, always.

Sitting with this fills me with wonder at the immense capacity of our bodies and the ways they constantly communicate. Through sensations, pains, shapes, emotions, temporary imbalances, and long-held memories of mistrust.

We are not our stories. We are those who learn to understand the vast symbolic language spoken by the body and energy systems through the stories. We get to participate and intentionally speak to the universe, to the cosmic mind, through light, sound, and vibration, moving within us and all around us.

This language is among the most precious aspects of who we are.

Returning to the personal journey of inner shifting — gradually mirrored in outer life — it’s clear that major breakthroughs and physical transformations were underway long before clarity emerged.

This intelligence, weaving herself through every cell and layer, reveals again and again what is ready to dissolve, compost, and be laid to rest in gratitude.

The stillness that arrives when I sense the vastness within my heart-mind, and its connection with higher octaves of intelligence, shows me that my path is already beautiful as it is. Messages emerging from the body as soul-language elevate the experience, opening space for my truest voice — whether acknowledged in each moment or not.

Recognizing how the soul chose to experience roles and identities is magnificent. Even what we call victim consciousness is part of this vast intelligence; it simply wears ideas that are not our true nature. When mistaken as self, it catalyzes events that shake us awake at every level. These moments are gifts.

We move from restriction into more space. This can feel unsettling. Hesitation and fear may linger at the threshold. Yet once crossed, fear dissolves. The path is not shown, but openness is felt long before light reveals the way.

Courage replaces over-adaptation. Comfort arises through the wisdom revealed by lived experience.

Through the body’s intelligence, release is felt as resolution. No more mistaken identity. No more proving. No more over-explaining. Just listening — for now — until what comes next is felt first, then lived.

I call this the intelligence of experience: waves in constant present motion. As me. As all of us.

A new way of being asks only for recognition — across all layers of life, across the ordinary rhythms of each day.

Life wisdom is in the mundane and in the sacred. In the individual and the collective. In what is perceived as mine and as yours. Better and worse. In all of it.

And beneath it all, there is listening.

Some listen through movement. Some through singing. Some listen through writing. Some through quiet presence among trees. Some listen through others. Some listen through seeing.

We all listen. We all know how.

Words, thoughts, and emotions arrive later. Over-defining can interrupt the cycle of experience. Here, not knowing becomes wisdom — because we are not meant to know with the head, but to remember through the tuning fork of our collaborative systems: the mind of the body, the mind of the soul, the mind of spirit — expressions of cosmic intelligence moving through all of us, and all that is.

This is me, at the end of the walkway. Listening. Being. Seeing. Communicating. Always Learning.
