Reflecting on the Golden Threads of Choice, Courage, and Becoming

The Path Seen Through the Heart: Honoring What Has Been

Each month, I share an inspired dream message, accompanied by reflections and spiritual practices to help anchor its energetic and spiritual themes.

These transmissions first began arriving in December 2024, and each time I return to them in their rightful timing, I remain amazed by how accurately they converse with both the collective currents and our personal unfolding.

The overarching theme for this transformative year, 2025, is Self-Acceptance. You can read more about it HERE. By attuning to this frequency, we return to trust — trust in our inner guidance, in the wisdom of our evolving path, and in the unseen support that continually surrounds us. It invites us to meet ourselves with compassion, and to allow Life to reveal more of our essence in each new moment.

This month, the dream message carries the frequencies of Reverence and Resolution.

It arrives like a quiet tune within the heart — a reminder to slow down, to bow inward, and to recognize the sacredness that lives within all things. Reverence is not worship from a distance, but a living relationship with presence — an attentive way of seeing, listening, and honoring the life that moves through us and around us. From this sacred ground, resolution begins to form — not as force, but as an inner alignment that gently clarifies what is complete and what is ready to be carried forward.

In this space, spirit and matter meet in devotion. What once felt fragmented begins to soften into wholeness. We are invited to acknowledge what has been, to honor and bless what is closing, and make space for what is ready to emerge.

Dream Message for November 2025

~ Reverence & Resolution ~

We speak of the consciousness that involves being grateful and in awe of the journey. Find yourself in amazement at the unfolding of your light—at the unveiling of gifts and opportunities, possibilities taken and passed by, all of which were presented to enhance the evolution of your recognition of your own light vibration.

Recognize all the experiences that emerged when you felt awake—shall we say, when you experienced increased awareness. Do you recall the times you could tell the difference between soul-knowing and conformity? The times you decided through heart-knowing and energetic sensing within your bodies, trusting the deep assurance you felt. These are moments and circumstances to cherish, to remember, to contemplate—for everything else that populated your life stemmed from the goodness and high frequency of these states of consciousness.

You may also reminisce about the times you neglected the soul’s urge—but now, it is no longer necessary to dwell there. This is the magical moment to revere your journey, your unique processes, your path of growth—and to notice how you now understand alignment in its pure form as it expresses in everyday life.

Through this process of loving your learnings and standing in awe, accompanied by gratitude, you automatically release the old—the ways certain aspects of your life conformed to the old patterns out of fear, doubt, or unconscious turmoil. All can be released and resolved.

In moments of contemplation and self-reflection, you find yourself aligned with the higher frequencies. In doing so—even if it begins and remains only within the levels of the mental bodies—you naturally call in the cleansing consciousness of resolution.

Be at peace, in the calm embrace of reverence.

You received well and exchanged well.

Rest.

Reflections

This month, we turn our gaze toward the path we have walked, not to analyze or measure, but to simply witness with neutrality. To remember and honor, with reverence, the many threads of experience that have crafted the learning journey of this year.

This is an invitation to look back with a soft gaze, with the sincere desire to observe through the heart rather than the left-brain ego, the small mind, which often leans toward judgment. It is a warm invitation to notice the moments when something within us regained its light, when we felt the pulse of truth move through our bodies, when a quiet certainty guided our steps. These were not random occurrences but signs of the soul’s presence, silently and patiently shaping the way forward.

Think back at the times when you chose from the depths of inner knowing rather than the heaviness of lower frequency expectations related to conformity. The times when your heart answered before the head-brain could interfere. These are the golden moments worth cherishing. Moments where the essence of who you are and the way the soul speaks through sensation, intuition, and quiet clarity become unmistakable.

There may also have been times when you felt debilitating doubt; times when you hesitated, froze, and walked away from what the soul was lovingly encouraging to explore.

But now, we meet those memories with compassion and understanding, not regret. They belong to our journeys, too. These experiences are woven into the patterns of our field to show us, by contrast, what alignment feels like. They reveal where fear still lives and where courage is asking to rise and step into the open, sun-lit fields.

As you reflect, notice the subtle shifts within you. Observe if you feel softer, more discerning, more honest with yourself. Look deeper to recognize a new quality of strength, one that is not loud but rooted, grounded, and centered. These changes are all part of the integration stage, where refined light flows deeper into form.

You may begin to notice patterns, symbols, lessons, and synchronicities that arrived not as accidents but as guidance. They are all part of the language of the universe, lovingly communicating more and more clearly.

We are in a time of honoring, not fixing. This is a sacred moment to revere your journey and the courage it required as the multidimensional work of the soul unfolds. In this space, gratitude becomes a soft cleansing, a gentle release of what is outdated, dimming, or no longer useful.

This month’s message invites a quiet bow to life, to the path behind us, the wisdom gained, and the self that continues to be revealed.

Spiritual Practices — Living Reverence, Inviting Resolution

The following practices can be considered gentle doorways into presence. They support us in deeper listening, honoring, and releasing, as we move through recognition of our path thus far with openness.

Soul Journaling & Inner Listening

A practice of entering stillness so the soul may speak clearly.

Find a moment to cultivate calm and peace, a place where you can connect with your inner healer and teacher. In this space, call in the energy of calmness as you bring your sincere awareness to your breath. Soften all of your muscles, tendons, and joints, and ask to feel spaciousness in your heart. When balance begins to settle inside, invite your true self to clearly communicate with you.

You may begin with words such as:

“I am listening. I am here. I am ready to hear from the truest part of me.”

Allow the pen to move without forcing. You can also simply sit in silence, letting the words arrive inside before they ever reach the page. This practice is not simply journaling for answers; it is a beautiful process of witnessing what your true self, with its higher vibration, wants to share with you.

You may use the following as beginning prompts, then let whatever emerges be your thread of inspiration and guidance.

  • Show me where I have grown in quiet ways.

  • Show me what I am still holding on to unnecessarily.

  • Show me where I have loved myself more.

Bowing Meditation — Gratitude & Sincerity Practice

Honoring the journey, the self, and the sacred work of becoming.

Excerpt from Beads of Light:

Reverence & Honor Toward the Work of Becoming

The Wab or Uab is one of my favorite hieroglyphs. Uab is the temple priestess and priest. This temple figure must be completely pure in order to handle temple affairs and to do the work of the god. The hieroglyph depicting the Uab is a leg with a vase tilting forward, pouring water, later adopted as the symbol of Aquarius. The meaning is that of purification. Prepare to enter the temple. Prepare for sacred work. When I see the Uab, it not only reminds me of the enormous importance of purifying our minds to do higher quality vibration-destined work, the work of our aligned self, but it also reminds me of bowing practice, which I learned as I began my training.

Bowing involves folding the upper body forward. In a half bow, we greet others and recognize our own divinity is reflected in the other; we are made of the same essence. As a full bow, we bring our forehead, chest, and palms to the Earth; we then rise, reconnecting to the skies, creating a full circle, a rhythmic motion emptying our minds, bridging the entire universe within and around our physical bodies. Through bowing practice, we also fully open our energy meridians and our internal chakra system as well as activate all of our joints, tendons, and muscles. It is such a beautiful practice, referred to as sincerity training. It is still the one type of training I will do before meeting with clients, as I prepare for sessions, and when I want to begin any kind of sacred work. I will also practice sincerity training when I’m struggling, tired, confused, and unsettled. This practice always allows me to return to spaciousness, presence, and neutrality, where I feel fully balanced and grounded. It’s one practice that helps me show up and take care of myself, informing the minds that I am here and want to go deeper.

For this month’s theme, bowing becomes an act of gratitude for the lessons received and for the soul that continues to guide us forward on our path.

Gentle Release Ritual — Letting Go Through Gratitude

Release does not need force. It can arrive through reverence.

After journaling or bowing, place your hands over your heart or on the Earth. You may also hold a stone, connect to a plant in your room, or look out your window and merge with the sky, the landscape, or the wind. These are ways to connect with the pure consciousness of Nature. Now, bring to your awareness one  pattern, memory, or outdated way of being that feels ready to soften.

We can simply think of this situation and, rather than pushing it away, let’s thank it for the messages it has for us. Although the true meaning may not be clear, try to soften enough to allow for a space to open and be filled with understanding. Invite the highest frequency you hold to gift you with calm and sincere gratitude for all the learnings it presented. Then, smoothly release this pattern, memory, or outdated way of being by visualizing it dissolving into light. There is no resistance, just watching this resolution, making space for you to be with it in a neutral and compassionate way.

Breathe deeply and slowly, imagining this energy running through your energy-spiritual fields, your body, and into the soil, or allowing it to move out and away from your body and fields, into the sky, pushed by the wind like clouds. It is not dismissing, it is a return to wholeness.

Remember, these are just a few of the many practices that can reinforce these messages and guide our inward journey. You might already have your own precious routines and rituals that bring you to a place of spaciousness and joy. Sometimes, we need simple and effortless practices. I'm happy to share a few ideas, but there's a whole world of possibilities out there. Always follow your intuition.
