Dynamic Stability: Inner alignment with Earth’s rhythms creates balance
Embodying the soul’s foundation to support personal transformation and the Earth-being’s evolution
Each month, I share an inspired dream message, accompanied by reflections and spiritual practices to help anchor its energetic and spiritual themes.
These transmissions first began arriving in December 2024, and each time I return to them in their rightful timing, I remain amazed at how seamlessly they speak to both the collective currents and our personal journeys.
The overarching theme for this transformative year, 2025, is Self-Acceptance. You can read more about it HERE. By attuning to this frequency, we return to trust — trust in our inner guidance, in the wisdom of our unfolding path, and in the unseen support that continually surrounds us. It invites us to meet ourselves with compassion, and to allow Life to reveal more of our essence in each evolving moment.
This month, the dream message brings us the frequency of Stability. It speaks of a deep foundation, like the base of a pyramid, rooted firmly within the Earth and merged with the essence of our True Self. Stability is not static, but a living, dynamic balance that allows us to meet life with greater clarity, resilience, and trust. As spirit and matter intertwine more seamlessly, we discover that our strength arises from this very union — a grounded presence that supports growth, reveals new gifts, and carries us forward with courage into the next chapter of our journey.

Dream Message for October 2025
~ Stability ~
You realize the foundations of your True Self have merged with your personality-self, as the structure resembling the base of the pyramid geometry, which is strong within the Earth, supported and stable.
This quality of stability allows you to face the realization of what isn't healthy in your life now and what new habits can be introduced, as talents reemerge.
You select the circumstances you wish to be part of without the doubts or sense of obligations of past experiences.
This stability is the result of working on balancing the flow of divine focus within. The gifts of life in this realm. It is also the result of realizing that you are multiple essences coalescing into form, and you are leading life with a higher-frequency essence than before.
You may recall when this phenomenon began to take place and the back-and-forth in consciousness that the experiences brought you to. You may recall the moments when the highest essence of your being could reach you clearly, and the times you pushed through the misperception of safety and comfort, with what has always been misperceiving the situation as safe, comfortable, and stable.
You now see and know that you do indeed have the gift of merging spirit and matter, and it is mastery of this work that gives true stability. You also recognize fully that this level of consciousness is always there. It is the natural way of operating and the purpose in this life. Not only for the individual self-knowing but for all humanity and even the Earth-being.
The awareness of this level and quality of consciousness, stability, can only come from your True Self, while any source existing outside of you is delusion. The work is now focused on cultivating flexible and dynamic stability.
This is what we can describe as the perfected dynamic harmony. With strong foundational stability, your Minds are attuned and appointed with greater tasks. Revelations of deeper discoveries arise from this space.
Enjoy the mastery of stability.
Thank you.
Reflections
The energetic structures of our essences — the sound-and-light streams of consciousness breathing within and around our physical form — are being recalibrated, and in some cases, even coming back online after remaining dormant for ages. The stability this message speaks of is born from the merging of these subtle energies with the foundation of the self, rooted deeply in the Earth, providing a strong base of support on many levels. It is also the emergence of our true nature, rising into a state of restoration and realization.
We are experiencing greater stability now because the Earth herself is rising in frequency and supporting us in maintaining the symbiotic rhythms of her vast ranges. We are an ecosystem within a much greater ecosystem of ecosystems. Recognizing that our foundation has always been a source of strength and power can help us regain hope and courage for what we are embarking on next. And so, as we digest and manage these incredible changes through the filter of the Earth-being, we are gifted with stronger, more primal roots that facilitate a new quality of growth we have not seen before.
This message invites us to reflect on all the times when we could recognize our higher self, moments that made us more attuned to the truth of who we are. It reminds us of the dance between states of wakefulness and the illusion, where we have digested and integrated these recalibrations. The truth of who we are rests in the simplicity of living from our most authentic frequency. We are beings of spirit and matter merged into one, whose multidimensional nature goes well beyond the limitations of earthly, logical, and linear systems of communication.
When this recognition becomes the primary beacon in our everyday life, it becomes the source of true stability. From here, it is the True Self that leads the inner and outer changes of our landscapes. And isn’t this what humanity longs for in countless ways — to return to a state where the soul leads, and anything we encounter in life can be navigated with reverence for the lessons, curiosity for the growth opportunities, and a deeper sense of patience and acceptance toward the personality self...who really, cannot grasp the whole picture?
If we walk these journeys consciously — or even with the sincere desire to discover who and what we are — stability becomes a trusted companion. It offers the beautiful sense of certainty that carries us through times that feel dark and heavy, and it also lifts us higher when we are in dynamic alignment, in true balance, embracing all aspects of ourselves without resistance.
We are moving through a time when the consciousness of this foundation supports us in seeing above the clouds, urging us to know more clearly, to express the heart-mind more boldly, and to act from the space of attuned presence. Stability, then, is no longer a static state but a perfected, dynamic harmony — one that grounds us in our True Self while inviting us into ever-deeper revelations.
Spiritual Practices to Support Stability
Grounding Through Body and Presence
Stability begins in the body. This month, lean into mindfulness practices that root you into the present: qigong, tai chi, yoga, or a simple walk in nature. Sit with trees, water, or flowers. Work in your garden. Wash and prepare fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables with care. Cook a meal with love. Watch the birds, or notice the wind moving through the branches outside your window.
On a windy day, step outside and let the wind move you. Feel it in your clothes, your hair, your skin. Lift your arms and fly with the wind for a moment, surrendering into its dance. Nurture the body with warmth — perhaps through a bath, a massage, or a healing session. Afterwards, take a brisk walk to ground and integrate the inner shifts.
It is especially important to strengthen the legs, the joints, and the muscles that support them, as well as the entire spine — the living column of stability within. Even gentle movements are powerful when done with intention. Focus on lower-body strength and practices that cultivate balance. These simple actions fortify your foundation and train the body to mirror the inner alignment of stability.
These practices are not merely physical; they create a living sense of stability that strengthens endurance, resilience, and trust in your own insights. They remind you that spirit and matter meet in every breath, every bite, every step, every sensation.
Altar or Earth-Offering Ritual
Find a spot that feels right to you — in a park, your yard, along a neighborhood walk, or even inside your home if going outdoors isn’t possible. Choose a simple item to focus on: a rock, a fallen leaf, a tree branch, a mountain peak in the distance, or even a small stone or shell you picked up years ago. Let your eyes rest on it. Allow your sincere mind to place an intention upon this item.
With deep, steady breaths, offer gratitude for what is ready to be released. You may place the item back onto the earth, exhaling as though you are giving your release into the soil. If you cannot physically place it down, simply hold the item or the vision of it in your awareness and let your breath carry the release.
Then, with equal reverence, set an intention for what you are ready to welcome. Imagine this energy flowing upward from the Earth through the space below your feet, entering through the foot chakras, and traveling along your inner energy line. With each inhale, receive this gift into your body. With each exhale, anchor it deeper.
This simple practice creates a bridge between you and the Earth-being. It reminds you that your foundation has always been alive, supportive, and in communication with you. By engaging in this exchange of release and receiving, you align with dynamic stability — flexible, grounded, and attuned to the rhythms of a greater whole.
These two practices together — body-rooted mindfulness and intentional offering — create a circle: one nourishes from within, the other connects outwardly. They invite stability not as something rigid, but as a living presence flowing through body, Earth, and soul.
Remember, these are just a few of the many practices that can reinforce these messages and guide our inward journey. You might already have your own precious routines and rituals that bring you to a place of spaciousness and joy. Sometimes, we need simple and effortless practices. I'm happy to share a few ideas, but there's a whole world of possibilities out there. Always follow your intuition.
