QIGONG (KIGONG)
Qigong is an ancient energy cultivation practice that supports awareness of Ki (Qi), the life-force energy that flows through the body. This work serves as a grounding and integrative language—supporting harmony between mind, body, and breath.
QiGong supports the natural integration process by gently inviting the release of accumulated stress and habitual patterns. Through attentive movement and breath, the system is encouraged to return to balance in a way that is gradual, embodied, and self-regulating.
Rather than forcing change, energy cultivation practices support the natural flow of energy throughout the body.
