Through this dynamic meditation experience, we facilitate the activation and flow of energy throughout the body. Balanced energy centers and channels result in the overall sense of well-being; blocked energy relates to fatigue, negative thoughts, emotions, and dis-ease. When our inner world is not in harmony with the universal laws of nature, we experience disconnection from our bodies; we have difficulties being in the flow.
Energy cultivation practices restore, refine, and renew our energy systems. The process of purifying and upgrading our energy acts as the bridge between the various aspects of our Self.
You will experience holistic training practices such as activating meridian channels through postures, releasing stagnant energy by connecting with rhythm and vibration throughout the entire body, and slow-flowing energy movements while regulating the breath.
