Suggestions for Listening
You may wish to follow your own intuition regarding how often to listen to each attunement.
Some may feel called to return to the same recording repeatedly over a period of days or weeks, while others may engage more intuitively as different themes arise.
These attunements often unfold subtly over time, inviting deeper listening to the shifts, sensations, emotions, dreams, imagery, and inner movements that arise through the process.
At times, integration may ask for stillness, grounding practices, movement, creative expression, or rest. There is no single right way to engage with these transmissions, only the way your own system responds naturally.
You may also feel guided to pause between listenings. These spaces of non-listening are part of the integration process as well.
